Hello, my name is Assy Barry. I am originally from Senegal, but I spent most of my childhood in Brooklyn before moving to Hartford, Connecticut to pursue my education. I majored in International Relations and double minored in French and Creative writing. I have a passion for literature and traveling and so, I am often looking for new books to read or traveling to a new country.
I worked as a French teacher at a multilingual school and worked as a substitute teacher at an International high school. I joined Petits Poussins Brooklyn in April and currently work in the Toddler 1 classroom as a French teacher. I love working with kids and seeing them grow into their own person knowing that I can play a role in their growth.
